All orders on Savvy Scents Pakistan are processed through Cash on Delivery (COD).

Refund Eligibility

Refunds are only available if:

• You receive a damaged product.
• You receive the wrong item.
• Your order cannot be fulfilled.
• Your return request is approved after inspection.

Refund Method

Approved refunds will be issued through:

• Bank Transfer
• Easypaisa
• JazzCash

Refunds are generally processed within 5–7 business days after approval.

Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled before shipment. Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation requests may not be accepted.
